Tonight we have an evening of great live music from:
While conjuring up echoes of Crosby Stills and Nash, The Eagles and Jeff Lynne, KOATES are classy and current. With a sound driven by acoustic guitar and beautiful vocal harmonies, their brilliantly catchy songs tell stories of optimism, love and running away with an ex.
The band is relatively new, but the two talented frontmenGreg Bishop and James Coates are no strangers to the stage as individual artists and musicians. A chance meeting in a London gig turned out to also be a meeting of musical minds and KOATES was born.
In a very short space of time, the band is already creating a huge buzz. Recent packed out gigs at The Hospital Club and The Bedford), found them playing to a sea of faces who knew nothing about KOATES but their charisma and sheer talent quickly turned it into a room full of adoring fans singing along and madly tweeting about them on the way home.
Great, great things are predicted for KOATES but in the meantime catch the magic at a small venue while you still have the chance.
