Tonight we have an evening of great live music from:

Electo-pop artist SIAN CROSS is becoming known for her haunting melodies and dirty beats and has already won nods of approval from BBC 6 Music’s Tom Robinson and BBC Radio London’s Gary Crowley. Her debut release, TELL ANYBODY, was received with critical acclaim and made TRACK OF THE DAY by CLASH MAGAZINE who also premiered the music video. TELL ANYBODY has been championed by a number of regional stations including BBC RADIO LONDON, BBC RADIO CAMBRIDGE, BBC RADIO BRISTOL, BBC 3 COUNTIES, BBC SOLENT and BBC RADIO ESSEX to name a few.

The buzz continued to grow following Sian’s double A Side release of ON AND ON | STARE AT ME with increased regional radio support and saw Sian make an appearance on BBC 3 COUNTIES breakfast show for CHILDREN IN NEED as well as achieving national plays and support from BBC 6 MUSIC’S TOM ROBINSON and BBC RADIO 2’s PAUL SEXTON.

STARE AT ME was also play-listed by TOPSHOP | TOPMAN for the month of November and could be heard in all Irish and UK stores.

During what was a very exciting 2016, Sian headlined the ALTERNATIVE ESCAPE at THE GREAT ESCPAE FESTIVAL and toured the UK joining the BBC NAKED CHOIR winners; SONS OF PITCHES, MISHKA SHUBALY, PAUL CARRACK and 80s pop legends CHINA CRISIS on their EUROPEAN TOUR.

Earlier this year Sian was back in session for the BBC, performing a special live show, which was broadcast over Easter weekend. She’s already had a hectic touring schedule, supporting MERCURY PRIZE nominated BARRY ADAMSON on his European tour as well as dates with LISBEE STAINTON and EMMA STEVENS alongside a slot high up the bill at CHILL AT THE MILL Festival in Cornwall. Now gearing up towards the release of her new EP CATALYST, there is no sign of slowing down with two single releases in the pipe-line and an appearance at HERTS PRIDE.

“There’s an enormous sense of personality to everything Sian Cross”

“Just when you become mesmerized by the whippy beauty things become darker. This is powerful and passionate.”

“Cross represents an artistic brilliance. Sian Cross is needed in music.”

Ishod (pronounced I-should) is a multi-dimensional Artist.
Born and raised in south London, he honed and cultivated the imaginative world of creativity in which he resides. His diverse, melodious sound is a fusion of different styles and genres of music. Using his unique and rare talents as a composer, singer songwriter and lyricist, this multi-faceted creative is a new breed of Artist.

The tasteful delivery, undertone and subtext of his songs are governed by a compelling sense of truth telling and sincerity. After independently releasing two underground rap albums, ‘The Promise’ and ‘Who The F Is Ishod’ which sold over 12,000+ copies. Ishod then spent some time studying in ‘Identity drama school’.

This ever evolving journey led Ishod to encompass filmic & theatrical aspects to his contribution as an Artist, creating his own sub-genre named ‘Musiision’ (Musical content through visual Art). Ishod is currently working on a body of Art and constantly keeps himself in an innovative space. His sound has been described as “Epic” “Timeless” “Progressive” “Refreshing” and “Thought provoking”.

We predict Ishod will continue to affect and move people around the world with such a global transatlantic sound.

Eva was fascinated by the piano as soon as her father let her touch the keys as a baby. As a 7-year-old she embarked upon a formal musical education at the Urban Academy of Music, Speech and Dance in Beringen (Belgium, BE). She grew up playing a lot of Bach, Mozart, Chopin, Debussy, Beethoven,… In singing it was Dana Winner, K3, Christina Aguilera, Alicia Keys, Kelly Clarkson, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Joss Stone, Stacie Orrico,…

She was 12 when she recorded her first self-written song Thank You at Studio Recall BE. The single ended up in the hands of Das Pop and having impressed the band, they invited her to their studio in Gent BE. Together we worked on her songs, of which around thirteen eventually ended up on a record.

In the summer of 2011 her first single Shine was released and noticed by Radio2 BE. Somewhat later in the same year, she participated in the talent show The Voice of Flanders where they gave her the chance to expand her fanbase. Meanwhile, she broadened her horizons by going into the direction of jazz at De! Kunsthumaniora in Antwerp.

The year after, her first album got finished and was released. The album was recorded at Studio Powertone BE and Abbey Road Studios UK. The string arrangements, written and directed by Andrew Powell, were recorded at the Abbey Road Studios.

In 2014 she came close to representing her home country Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song Nothing Is Impossible – written by Mick Lee, Pernille Georgi, and Chris ‘Ruff Diamond’ Robinson; and produced by Yannic Fonderie. She reached third place having sung in the television competition series, her performance was greeted with outstanding critical acclaim and the song became a successful single.
Her first album Eva Jacobs, which showcases her own songs and one cover, is now only available online. Currently, she is working on her second album that will come out in 2018!
