Join Hannah every Tuesday for a dynamic practice of Hatha Vinyasa Flow. A popular form of modern yoga, with emphasis placed on harmonising the movements of the body and breath in creative sequences. This fully rounded workout works 100% of the body and gives your mind space to find stillness, as you sweat, stretch, move, breathe, release and relax. Classes are open to all levels, with modifications given for beginners and advanced yogis.
