Dynamic Flow Yoga

This energising power yoga class is based on the principles of Ashtanga Yoga. It provides a rigorous full-body workout and promotes mental stability and concentration. Build stamina, strength and flexibility!

Great lunchtime class, a break from the day to clear the mind and energise the body.


This is a 45 minute session.

Please bring your own mat – Props will be available.
