We are excited to be starting live music properly back at The Bedford!
This show is FREE entry however there are a limited number of advance tickets available (at no charge) that you can sign up for which will guarantee a seat (max 6 per table).
Now that social distancing rules have been relaxed, you can also turn up on the night without having to book in advance on a first come first served basis for extra seats and standing room.

SAMFIRE
Just weeks before Samfire’s debut EP release, she will be performing a sneak preview of what’s to come. Breaking on to the scene last summer with her protest single ‘Noisy and Annoying’, she established herself as an artist with a clear vision and message for her songs: to provoke thought. This EP ‘Time’ is no different, exploring the transition between childhood and adulthood and that moment when, released from the institutional womb, our time becomes our own. By collaborating with brilliant musicians and stretching her own talents, she has delivered a powerful project. And, as one of MAS Record’s Emerging Artists of 2021, it will be the first of many.

NEFELI ON CLOUDS
Nefeli On Clouds is an Indie Pop duo based in London, UK, consisting of singer Nefeli and guitarist/producer Alessandro. So far the duo has released a debut single called “One”, which is a song about unity, love, as well as fears and doubts that sometimes accompany those feelings. Sonically, the song is a blend of ethereal harmonies, interesting guitar parts as well as some electronic elements.
With their sound Nefeli On Clouds have been compared to artists such as Lana Del Rey, London Grammar, and Billie Eilish. As a duo they combine elements of ambient, minimalistic, and post-rock music with pop music influences, creating an interesting alternative pop blend.

ALESSIA & THE CRAZYCATS
Alessia is a pop artist originally from Switzerland based in London, England. Taking inspiration from the melodies of funk pioneers such as James Brown and George Clinton, Alessia combines 80’s synths and style with more contemporary elements and relatable, empowering lyricism. The end product is a high-energy, sugary-sweet pop package, dripping in funk nostalgia.
Beginning with her 2019 single ‘Butterfly’, Alessia has released a series of singles as a solo artist, as well as collaborating with a variety of other artist including Seven Seers, Salah Zhouri, Jazz Lingard, Najs, Jul Cebury, and Joeulis. Alessia’s debut EP ‘Sugar’ was released in November 2021 and saw her open up her heart to her fans, allowing them to observe her emotional vulnerability. Each song allows Alessia to direct her creative lens toward distinct sides of love, creating a cathartic atmosphere of liberated and unbridled fulfillment.

BRAVE NEW BROKEN HEARTS CLUB
Take a sniffter of Billy Bragg’s London vocal styling; the tiniest pinch of Damon Albarn’s lower register; a dash of Richard Hawley croon (southern style)… an acoustic guitar and a good old glug of classic songwriting aesthetic – et voila. Whether all these flavours come through for you or not, Brave New Broken Hearts Club songs are lyrically prosaic, emotionally rich; hopeful, warm, and heartfelt.
