8:30pm LASZLO GALLO

Originating from Italian and Indonesian blood, Laszlo wanted to discover the world on an early age. She was born in The Netherlands, where she was mesmerised by her grandparents when they sang Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald. When she was eighteen she left her home in the Netherlands and set sail for Milan, Italy. Here her musical journey continued as she participated in the Italian X-Factor with the group “Sisters of Soul”. They broke through the hundreds of applicants to the live shows, reaching the fifth round. This beautiful experience gave her a taste for more and two years later she found herself in the big apple, New York City, on a three months exploration. Here she had the opportunity to expand her international music network and to develop and hone in on her own style.

Soon after New York City, she visited London and fell in love with the city and its variety of inspirations. It was time to move to the city that captured her imagination, London. With new energy and much more worldly experience she is based in London now, where she is busy writing her first album entitled F.L.A.G. – For Love And Glory.

9:00pm THE PYLONS

9pm THE PYLONS

The Pylons blend ambient vocals with upbeat guitar hooks and sample-infused drum beats to create a fresh and dynamic sound.

Both live and in the studio, the band look to experiment with their output, using modern production techniques to bring a new take on classic ideas.

From delicate vocal features, to upbeat indie anthems, The Pylons have plenty in their locker.

In 2018 the band relocated to a house in London together and now write, record and produce everything themselves from their converted home studio. The first single from this project, Creatures (10K Spotify), was described by Alex Rainbird as “beautifully written and produced with a stunning vibe.”

10pm MOMENTO

Friends since childhood, Canadian born musicians, Jonathan Chan and Jan Bislin, formed Momento in the beginning of 2013. Having studied with the same violin professor during their teenage years, Jonathan and Jan have gone on to receive their Masters in Performance from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama while performing all over Europe, North America and China.

Jan and Jon both come from an intense classical upbringing and their music often displays such influences. Self described as genre fluid producers, they construct their sets with the sole intent of creating a multifaceted journey filled with emotional twists and turns.

Momento began with their own cover of Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling In Love”. Since then, they have shared many of their arrangements and remixes on Youtube which has led to performance opportunities at corporate events with companies such as Bloomberg and Cartier. In addition to this, Jan and Jon were invited to perform at the wedding of Geri Halliwell and Cristian Horner.

Other highlights include tours in the USA, China and sharing the stage with Ronnie Scott’s musicians, Tim Minchin, Dynamo, Gary Barlow and others at the Old Vic Theatre’s inaugural Variety Night show and Summer Gala. Most recently, the boys made their debut on BBC Radio London and are fresh off of a tour with Art On Ice where they collaborated with Olympic champion figure skaters and shared the stage with Cirque Eloise, Stefanie Heinzmann, and James Blunt.

Going from competing against each other in numerous competitions to joining forces, Jonathan and Jan have formed to create a unique sound dedicated to pushing the boundaries of the violin while bringing music to the masses.
