Nazneen Rahman is a London based singer-songwriter and scientist. She writes songs about your life, about everyone’s life.
From the mundane to the magical. Her lyrically driven songs capture you with rich storytelling and velvet vocals that listeners describe as emotional, honest, tender, sensual.
Nazneen has committed her working life to cancer research. Music has been an equal passion which she started sharing with debut album ‘Can’t Clip My Wings’ in 2014 and ‘Answers No Questions’ in 2017.
Now with her most ambitious album, ‘I’m Too Old to Die Young’, she takes listeners on a journey contemplating our fragile, changing relationships with Time, Aging and Identity. The ten original songs chart a complementary musical journey, with sophisti-pop, jazz and electronic influences that feel both fresh and timeless.
The album has been universally well-received, with extensive radio and Spotify plays. It is a Bestselling album in Bandcamp and ‘Ain’t No Love Like This’ reached the Finals of the UK Songwriting Competition.
