Velvet Starlings is fronted by Christian Gisborne a young indie
rock and roll singer, songwriter, producer and multi-
instrumentalist based in Los Angeles. He is known for a powerful
60s era Eric Burdon influenced vocal style and a commanding and
dynamic stage presence inviting media and industry insider
comparisons to Jack White and Ty Segal. Gisborne’s early musical
influences included British Invasion staples, such as The Kinks,
The Who and the The Animals

Velvet Starlings’ just completed a new mini Album “Love Everything, Love Everyone… which will be released on Sound x 3 Records / Rock N Rolla Records through The Orchard / Sony with first single “Kids In Droves” set to be released in early June to coincide with their UK and US tour dates. The single will premiere on BBC Radio. Record was co-produced by Christian in Echo park Los Angeles and mastered by Brian Lucey (Arctic
Monkeys, Beck, Black Keys).
With a slightly heavier sound and with a positive nod from Dave Davies of The Kinks The bands music is still proud clear tribute to the sixties era. Their self title Debut is still presently receiving considerable
airplay & review. “Sold Down The River”, the latest single, showcases colorful Dylan-esque lyrics, soulful Hammond B3 organ, gritty guitars and raw blues inspired vocals

Kitty Montague, the London based singer-songwriter, is fusing the lines between soul and electro pop. The raw empathy with which Kitty demonstrates her understanding of the human condition is the focus of her songwriting. She is influenced by the originality of rare vocal sounds, honest voices, and the poetry of provocative thought.

Emerging with a fresh sound and captivating interpretations Kitty is fast becoming established as an artist to watch.

With her soft but deep and colorful voice, and her touching lyrics, the 23-year-old singer-songwriter from Tel-Aviv captures the hearts of her audience.
Rotem writes her songs out of casual observations, about the simple things in life that inspire her the most. She has travelled extensively, performing her music to appreciative audiences throughout Asia, and now in Europe and the UK.
Inspired by artists such as Ben Howard, Tracy Chapman and Bon Iver, she creates intimate shows with her breathy, inviting and comforting sound and energy.
In October 2017 Rotem released her debut single “Hurricane”, that had received high rotation on mainstream radio stations across Israel, was featured on “BalconyTV Chamonix”, and is being played on Caffe Nero’s playlist across the UK, Europe and USA. Leading to shows of her acoustic sound at some of London’s best venues such as “The Troubadour”, “The Bedford”, “The Half Moon”, “The Finsbury” and many more.

CAii is an exciting singer-songwriter & producer from Manchester, UK, who fuses pop song-writing with darker production, taking influence from artists such as Banks, Billie Eilish and Fleetwood Mac.

CAii has been writing and performing for a number of years, using music as a form of therapy and an outlet for her emotions. She has recently branched out into production in order to curate her own unique sound. She is currently working on her debut EP, due for release in early 2019.

Her debut single, a self-produced cover of Chris Isaak’s Wicked Game premiered on the Loku YouTube channel, amassing over 12k views. Further support came from Santa Rosa Records – who named it their ‘Sunday Cover’ – and influential Soundcloud presence ‘the feels’, who added it to their Friday Spotlight, along with a number of independent Spotify playlists.

Having gigged in Manchester, Liverpool and London along with playing Sundown festival and Indie Week in 2018, CAii is a captivating performer who is always fully immersed in her music. Her honest lyrics and powerful voice make it easy for the audience to connect with her music on an emotional level.

London-based singer-songwriter Till has been performing regularly since early 2018. He played the action stage at ZMF festival before Jamie Cullum’s show on the main stage in July 2018 and supported Ezio at The Half Moon Putney in March 2019. He’s currently fleshing out his songs for live performances with bassist/guitarist Manu Corbier and pecussionist Elias Gargallo while demoing and pre-producing songs for his first EP.

Duncan Berrington has been writing and playing live since he was 13. An ear for a catchy chorus and a powerful voice have won him fans and respect in the London music community. Following years of playing in his band The Fix, he has decided to branch out. These songs show a different quieter side to Duncan. More introspective and soul searching whilst still retaining that vital vocal hook. Duncan hopes you enjoy listening to these songs as much as he enjoyed writing them.
