PAUL WILLIAM GIBSON
Paul William Gibson is a solo singer-songwriter from Warwickshire. He writes and plays original songs with a roots, folk and Americana flavour. Following a brace of singles and EPs Paul released his debut full length album These Elusive Days in October 2023 and two further singles in 2024. Paul has been supported by local and national radio, including BBC Introducing, as well as national press and music blogs
Paul walks the line between the contemporary folk and Americana worlds, his songs showcasing a strong melodic and poetic core. His lyrics are observational, character driven and confessional. Paul is a regular on the Midlands folk and acoustic scenes and regularly plays across the U.K. Paul also runs a regular songwriter’s session for Lighthorne Folk Club.

WEAVER LINE
Ben met Sally randomly at a bus stop on summer solstice 2023 in Dalston, East London. Sally is American, Ben is English and they draw on both Americana as well as English pop and rock to create their sound. Inspired by Nico’s Chelsea Girl and John Cale’s Paris 1919, they wanted to start a band that had something of these albums’ intimacy and warmth.
In just six months, the’ve released three original songs, played gigs across London and beyond, landed radio spots on Brum Radio’s The Alternative Roots Show and Kennet Radio’s Folk Ace Show, were written up in international publications such as LA-based Week in Pop and got a shoutout from Folking Magazine, who called their debut ‘winsomely sung.’

THE BIG WAVE
Rob is regularly trying to develop a social media presence through Spotify and YouTube , where he debuts his original music. Several of his songs have become finalists in the UK Songwriting Competition. He released his first album “For Paula” in 2018. To date one of his most popular songs “Big Wave” achieved over 25K streams. Together with Tim Campbell (drums), Mark Thorne (keyboards) and Keith Davis (bass and backing vocals) they gig as “The Big Wave”.
Their next event is Tuesday the 22nd of April on a return gig to the fantastic Bedford pub in Balham. First class venue with a very expensive sound system, great food and good atmosphere.
