John Jenkins is carving out a path for himself as a renowned singer/songwriter on the UK folk, country, and Americana scene. Jenkins is a master of melody, understated lyrics, and deft chord changes, while his songs have been hailed wherever music is written about. Jenkins has developed an engaged audience of fans and has established himself as a live touring act, both solo and collaboratively and has supported Chris Difford (Squeeze), Jarrod Dickenson, Robert Vincent (AMAUK Artist of the Year), and Steve Tilson in recent years. He recently completed a 12-date UK tour in July 2023 with Oxford’s ‘Pippa Murdie’ (Storm the Palace). Jenkins’s latest body of work, the 2023 album ‘Tuebrook’ released very recently has gained the admiration from the likes of Folk Radio UK, Americana UK, Fatea and many more magazines.
