Hatha Flow and Gentle Yoga

Yoga Forever’s emphasis is on having fun whilst exercising and enjoying the benefits of relaxation at the end of a class. Classes are dynamic and energizing and suitable for everyone. Options are offered for those with more experience and modifications for those who are newer to yoga or who want to go more gently.

Group classes are available in a variety of styles in our air conditioned Ballroom.

Your first class is always free to try.


Hatha Flow 9.15 - 10.30am

Hatha Flow classes are aimed at people who are reasonably fit and who may or may not have done yoga before. If you’re new to yoga you will notice progress very quickly and if you’ve been practising for sometime, you’ll enjoy the variety of the posture work, the challenges and the adjustments.

Gentle Yoga 10.45 - 11.45am

Gentle yoga classes are at a slower pace and suitable for everyone, but especially older adults, pre-natal mothers and those recovering from injury or illness. They are fun and informal and everyone is made to feel welcome.
