LIVE AT THE BEDFORD
We are excited to be starting live music properly back at The Bedford!
This show is FREE entry however there are a limited number of advance tickets available (at no charge) that you can sign up for which will guarantee a seat (max 6 per table).
Now that social distancing rules have been relaxed, you can also turn up on the night without having to book in advance on a first come first served basis for extra seats and standing room.

Emily Stratford is a singer-songwriter from the land down under who has been living and performing in London for the last 12 years with her band Sunday Waits and as a solo artist. Emily delivers a smooth blend of warm tones and soulful melodies, delicately interwoven with catchy pop hooks. She has played all over London, including: Proud Camden, Notting Hill Arts Club (headline), The Troubadour, The Bedford, Spice of Life, and Queen of Hoxton. Her past release “What have you done” was played on BBC London in March 2018. She released “Bruise” and “Let you Fall” in 2019 and recently released her latest single “Up” in 2022. Be prepared to be uplifted and feel warm all over by the delightful sounds of Emily Stratford!

ELLIS BERRY
Ellis Berry is a singer-songwriter from Southport in North West England, now based in London, UK. He began recording and self-releasing music in 2020 with the release of three singles and an EP ‘Cabin Fever’. More recently his single ‘City Life’ has been released along with a music video.
Ellis makes music that really hits peoples emotions through meaningful lyrics and he does this with both sad and happy songs about different things experienced from heartbreak and love, to life changes and nostalgia. He plays live using a loop pedal to create a bit more of an atmosphere since it is just him and his guitar!

NICK AUSTIN
Nick Austin is a Brighton-based musician making dark psychedelic folk music. Influenced by short story writers like Shirley Jackson as well as musicians such as Brian Wilson, Elliott Smith, Midlake, Sybil Baier, and Nick Drake.
Nick made an album over lockdown collaborating with musicians all over the world.

CARTWRIGHT
Cartwright found himself deep in the highlands of Scotland with just a campervan and guitar during the summer of 2021. Having discovered a fishing lodge on his travels that his late father used to frequently visit, he took his name from his great uncle Jack Cartwright who had once owned the lodge. Taking inspiration from the likes of Big Thief, Ben Howard, early Bon Iver, and Pinegrove, his debut EP ‘Into The Wild’ was born. The songs provide the musical embodiment of his search for identity and the wilderness he finds it in.
