8:00PM AL PEREZ
Hugely respected Los Angeles-born and bred musician Al Perez returns with a brand new single titled ‘Frequency’, which is out on Pezzbro Records and Tapes this 14th Feb 2026.
Following on from the success of his last EP, which gained huge support across UK/EUR and U.S media (BBC London, Echoes Magazine, Building Your Own Nashville). This uptempo and feel-good single celebrates finding love in unexpected ways, and Al Perez comments: “Frequency” is an up-tempo music journey that explores the universal experience of finding love and connection regardless of age. With driving rhythms and an energetic feel, the song captures the thrill of being attuned to another person — like two hearts resonating on the same wavelength. At its core, “Frequency” is a timeless story of love, hope, and companionship told through a modern musical lens, celebrating the joy and optimism of discovering someone who truly “gets you.” Its message resonates with anyone who’s ever felt the spark of connection that transcends life’s “differences.”
Al has been recording and releasing music since the 90’s, and most recently, he has wrapped up a U.S residency in Vancouver Washington, where he currently resides. Prior to this, Al has also toured across the UK and Europe, supporting Nine Below Zero, and his latest EP and interviews have been focusing on confronting his sobriety, head-on.
