Tony Moore is a London-based Singer/Songwriter/Performer with an eclectic career in the Music Industry. From being an original member of Iron Maiden, to playing keyboards with iconic 80’s band Cutting Crew (Died In Your Arms), to playing a role in the early careers of many emerging artists including: KT Tunstall, James Morrison, Paolo Nutini, and Ed Sheeran; Tony has been immersed in music on every level.

In 2019 Tony wrote and produced a song called “We Are The Light ” for the closing ceremony of the European Games which he performed live to a packed stadium and an estimated worldwide TV audience in excess of 100 million.

As a writer, he has worked with countless Artists, including contributing to Julian Lennon’s recent album JUDE with a song called “Love Never Dies” on which Tony also plays the haunting piano accompaniment for the record.

During the 2021 lockdown, Tony wrote and recorded an album called AWAKE, which he then turned into a unique one-man show, performing it live in London as a monthly residency from May 2021. Tony describes the show as “A journey to discover, truth, meaning and love in a world gone crazy…”.

AWAKE is a critically acclaimed immersive production that has already entertained thousands of people in London and now Tony has just taken it on a nationwide tour opening for Steve Harris (Iron Maiden) and his band British Lion marking the first time Steve and Tony have shared the same stage since 1977!

Steve Harris said of Tony: “If Tony could play guitar back then the way he does now he’d probably still be in the band (Iron Maiden)”.

In January of 2024 AWAKE opened for British Lion throughout the UK, prior to the AWAKE headline tour in February 2024. In the summer of 2024, AWAKE once again opened for British Lion in Portugal and Spain, prior to touring Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and the USA.

Guitarist, composer and producer, Omer Kaan is your next Guitar Hero. With his unique approach in his instrumental rock music, you are in for an amazing musical experience. Omer Kaan has performed in many bands/projects like Ozan Kotra, Riddles in the Dark and Hello Amnesia. He has released many records and made appearances in various big venues and festivals in both the UK and Türkiye. After spending ten years as an active musician, Omer Kaan is now a solo artist making his musical pieces with flavours from the past, present and the future. Omer Kaan is now playing his new songs live, which is currently the only way to listen to them until his album comes out this year.

K2 features Tony Moore, whose remarkable career spans more than four decades. Beginning as the original keyboard player with the then-emerging Iron Maiden, Tony went on to perform with Tanz Der Youth, Radio Java, and Cutting Crew; touring the world alongside artists including Black Sabbath, The Stranglers, Huey Lewis, Starship, and The Bangles. His songwriting has earned international acclaim, from a No. 1 single in the Netherlands to co-writing Julian Lennon’s Love Never Dies, while his composition We Are The Light reached an estimated audience of over 500 million people during the closing ceremony of the 2019 European Games. A recipient of the Music Managers Forum Roll of Honour and the BASCA Gold Badge Award, Tony continues to inspire audiences worldwide through his acclaimed live performances and the success of his AWAKE show.

Driving the band’s rhythmic backbone is Simon Mooney, an accomplished drummer with more than 36 years of live and studio experience. Having toured extensively across the UK and Europe with leading Nirvana and Foo Fighters tribute productions, Simon has performed at festivals, theatres, clubs, and even appeared as one of the Pandemonium drummers during the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony. As a founding member of K2, his powerful groove, rock-solid timing, and infectious energy form the heartbeat of the band’s sound.

Leading the guitar attack is Adam Marsden, whose lifelong passion for music ignited after watching Queen and Adam Lambert’s unforgettable New Year’s Eve performance in 2014. Since then, Adam has become known for his electrifying performances, soulful expression, and unmistakable playing style. Having performed throughout the UK and Europe and recorded at Brighton Electric Studios, his guitar work combines raw power with emotional depth, creating one of the defining elements of K2’s signature sound. His philosophy is simple: the guitar is more than an instrument, it is his voice, allowing his soul to speak through every note.

Completing the band’s formidable lineup is Turkish guitarist, and composer Ömer Kaan. From performing on Istanbul’s thriving rock circuit, including Türkiye’s renowned Zeytinli Rock Festival, to collaborating with celebrated musicians and co-founding London’s successful alternative rock band Hello Amnesia, Ömer has continually pushed creative boundaries. His award-winning progressive work and ambitious solo project Pareidolia merge virtuosic guitar performance with cinematic storytelling and conceptual artistry. Drawing inspiration from guitar icons including Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Plini, and David Gilmour, he brings a modern progressive edge that expands K2’s musical landscape beyond traditional rock performance.
