8:30PM MCDERMOTT & NORTH
Singer-songwriters Patrick McDermott and Rhys North share a rare and enigmatic musical talent. Emerging from Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley in 2015, the duo McDermott & North have already drawn praise from the Australian and international music industry alike. Through the years, they have elevated themselves as live performers and captivated the likes of Australia’s very own Ben Lee and Alex Lloyd whom they shared the stage with in 2021.
They moved to the UK in 2023 and within a few days of the move, played their first gig at a 15,000 person festival, sub-headlining/main support to Sam Ryder. Their singles ‘Ally’, ‘Georgia’ & ‘All Things Come And Go’ have received generous support from both Triple J & National NZ Radio as well as BBC Radio London. But most importantly, the indie-rock outfit have amassed an impressive and hardcore following everywhere they park their van.

9:30PM LUKE WHITE
Luke White is a singer-songwriter whose guitar-based music and heartfelt words mirror his influences Dermot Kennedy, Ben Howard, Tracy Chapman, Damien Rice, James Blunt, and Lewis Capaldi. Luke surprisingly started as a blues and rock guitarist and transferred to the songwriting world at 16! After getting a break-up message, he thought he’d try to write a song which he now describes as “wet and sad”…he never looked back. He has been writing and releasing music since 2018, has gigged all over the UK playing his shows, and has supported artists such as Billy Lockett and Newton Faulkner. Luke has had support from radio stations such as BBC Introducing. Luke also enjoys writing for other artists and sync. For example, he worked on a folk project with Universal’s major label and EP for BMG.
