First making waves in Sheffield’s independent music scene, Floating Home are an indie folk-rock band that balance evocative songwriting with driving guitars, warm hooks and an unpolished energy. Floating Home are at their best in intimate venues, where their close-knit chemistry and understated stage presence bring audiences into the heart of their music. Putting all this together, and since swapping Sheffield hills for London rent, Floating Home have gigged and recorded, played headliners and your local cafe show, gardened and litter-picked – but all in preparation for this Bedford show.
