SwingFest 2024

SwingFest is a day of many parts!

You can come to any or all of them – from one band show to the full day of dance workshops and parties.

The Morning (10:15-3pm) – Swing Dance Workshops: A selection of swing dance workshops for all levels – Lindy hop, jazz, Balboa, and tap dance – with experienced professional teachers.

The Afternoon (3-5:30pm) – Live Music and Dancing: With live music from Louise Messenger & her Savoy Band, plus a short dance show from a selection of the SwingFest teachers

The Evening (7:15-10:30pm) – Live Music Extravaganza & Swing Dance Party: Featuring three full sets of live music from Elise Roth & Her Harvard Squares Big Band, plus a short dance show from a selection of the SwingFest teachers

Everyone is welcome at SwingFest – you don’t need any dance experience for the afternoon or evening, and some of the workshops (marked “open level”) are suitable for beginners too!
